OOO Tracker collects the following data to provide its services:

• Account Details: Your Slack User ID, Name, Email, and Avatar (profile picture) are retrieved to personalize your experience.
• Multi-tenant Identifiers: We store your Slack Team/Workspace ID to ensure your data remains isolated and visible only to your colleagues.
• Calendar Data: We sync with Outlook (if enabled) to identify "Out of Office" events.
• OOO Entries: Dates and optional descriptions you provide.

2. Data Usage

We use this data solely to:

• Update your Slack status automatically when you are away.
• Generate accurate monthly timesheets and team availability reports.
• Ensure data isolation between different Slack workspaces.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on our servers. You retain full ownership of your data.

You can download your reports directly from the dashboard. For a full data export or deletion, please contact support.
